Komori 53x75 printing press is a 5-color machine equipped with a coating tower and extended delivery system, with approximately 132 million impressions on the counter. It comes with a range of advanced features, including the PQC-S Komori console for print quality control, PDC-S II for print density and color management, KMS IV Komori Monitoring System, and KHS-AI Advanced Interface. The press is also fitted with AMR (Automatic Make Ready) and Full-APC for automatic and semi-automatic plate mounting. It offers a cocking register with lateral, vertical, and diagonal adjustments, as well as automatic washing devices for rollers, blankets, and impression cylinders.

The system is pre-connected to CIP3 and includes a Komorimatic dampening unit, along with a Technotrans Alpha c 120L refrigeration system and Alcocontrol. The feeder is equipped with a suction-belt feed table, double sheet and side lay detectors, and an ink temperature control system. Additionally, it features a Venturi Air Guide on the skeleton transfer cylinder and chromed impression cylinders for durability.

The machine includes an extended delivery section and an H-UV Baldwin dryer system, complete with a Baldwin H-UV water cooler. The Harris & Bruno coating tower comes with a chambered doctor blade and two anilox cylinders (13 cm³ and 19 cm³). An air cabinet is included with the machine, as well as an automatic washer LithoCoat system for the chambered doctor blade.

The package also includes a plate punch, manuals, tools, a Kaeser compressor, a transformer, and various accessories.
